Apparemment, la poste suisse a décidé de sortir deux timbres commémorant les couteaux suisses (dans la série “Tradition”), le premier représentant un premier modèle du couteau de soldat, et le second sa version contemporaine, un Hunstman Lite. Le timbre a été lancé le 7 septembre, avec une vente anticipée à partir du 31 août 2006. Les concepteurs sont Nick et Peter Spalinger.

Timbre suisse Victorinox Huntsman

The Swiss Post give to the world two new stamps in its “Swiss tradition” (read : cliché) series : after cheese and watches, the Swiss knife. The first one is a traditionnal soldier knife, of the first models, and the second one depicts a Huntsman Light. The composition is not extraordinary, but Il like a lot the SAk so I think it’s pretty cool. The first batch was pre-released on 8/31, but the official release was the 7th of September.
