The Black Diamond Cosmo is a first rate headlamp for kicking around camp, or walking on the trail.

The different power settings help you dial in exactly what you need. Switch on top lets you select from four lighting levels: low, medium, high, bright strobe.

The streamlined design sets the beam at an efficient illumination angle. Ratcheting swivel head aims light where you need it, an indispensable feature for useful headlights.

The elastic headband is easily removable.

You only need to press smoothly the switch button - thus you can change the lighting function whenever you want.

While being not regulated, the maximal runtime is about 150 hours (on low setting) - this little headlamp is a good alternative to Petzl entry level ones.

It weighs 84 grams (about 3 oz.) with batteries.
