Energizer HardCase tactical flashlight

The HardCase Tactical MIL2AA1L isn’t your regular Energizer work flashlight. It’s still rugged, in plastic, with a LED, but it’s fairly expensive, in a price range of $ 70, traditionnaly associated with brands like Inova, LRI, Streamlight, Pelican or even entry-level Surefire.
For this price, you got a torch loaded with features : the weatherproof ABS body (with non-slip rubber overmold and stainless steel sideplates) and the LED housing are able to withstand a 30 feet drop, the head swivels from 85 to 210°, and it got
four LEDs. They procure a white, red, blue (or the three combined) illumination, or an IR beam or strobe for night vision devices and localisation.
Each LED got its switch. The while LED’s one is a push-button recessed on the bottom of the light, red’s and blue’s ones are located near the head and the IR’s one is a two-position rotating lever, near the bottom.

You can secure the light using the bottom ring or the belt clip. It seems to be a nice complement to the much smaller and EDCable Pentagonlight MOLLE.

The HardCase Tactical got an advertised runtime from 8 to 70 hours long. It weights only 220 grams, including 2 AA/LR06 batteries.

It comes with 2 lithium AA batteries and a lifetime warranty.
