Koffski is a german brand producing a rather interresting leather “man purse” which can be worn like a gun armpit holster, or with two more classical retention option (as a shoulder bag or at the belt). I found the idea amusing, but I think that the main drawback of this system is that you are risking getting shot by a nervous policeman while reaching for your wallet during an identity control.

The bags are made in calf leather from Tuscany and the tan is stable, which is particulary important when wore on white shirts : no ugly stain on that costly business suit.

The Koffski N°1 is available in three colours, black, brown and blond, for 349 euros, the shoulder strap (€ 98), shoulder holster (€ 59) and belt (€ 79) being optional. An entry level version, the N°2, retails € 199.

1This just seems crazy. Surely you will just be hassled by police, airport security, etc. Asking for trouble. Still, maybe thats the point - a bag for “attention seekers” or maybe for those who actually do carry guns, i.e. police, airport security?

3I have to admit I like beautifully crafted items, and this one seems not only pretty, but totally original. Classical minibags are very practical, but not very classy, apart from a tactical context. This one is a good response.
